How Do I Place an Order?
Upload or Submit your Design File through our Send Us A File section on our web site.
Select the type, size, quantities and options of the sign product that you would like to purchase.
Payment will be made when files and directions are received. You will receive a call from one of
our staff to make payment unless prior arrangments have been made.

Design or Art Files
Final/approved electronic files are the customer’s responsibility. All prices are based on customer
supplied final electronic files.

I Don’t Have a Designed file, Can you help me with the Design or Layout?
Yes! We can help you with the design or layout of your sign, however, there may be additional charges.

How do I send you my file?
You can simply click on Send Us A File link to go to the upload page or you can email your file(s) with
instructions and contact information. You may simply choose to deliver it in person (see map).

What Types of Design File Formats do you Accept?
Please refer to the Art Guidelines section on our web site for detailed information about acceptable
file formats and how to prepare them.

What type of banner materials do you use to print?
We use heavy duty 13 oz. matte scrim vinyl banner material, which is indoor and outdoor durable.
Additional weights and textures are available. Just ask us (817-336-9852 or email).

What finishing is included on banners?
All vinyl and mesh banners have double stitched reinforced hems and include 6 grommets.
We will also include pole pockets, top and bottom, with single stitched hemmed sides in lieu of hem/grommets.

Do you offer custom size Banners, Clings, Posters, Magnets & Decals?
Yes! Although there are common sizes, everything we make is considered custom.

What is your Turnaround?
Normal turnaround is 2-3 working days from the time we receive your final approved electronic
design file and payment. If you need a faster turnaround, let us know.

What are the Payment Methods Accepted?
Visa, Master Card and Discover credit cards are accepted.

Do I pay Sales Tax?
All orders shipped within State of Texas are subject to 8.25% State Sales Tax. If you are tax exempt
you will need to supply a tax exempt form. See Forms section on our web site.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms of Sale
All sales are final. Full payment for printing, design, shipping and handling is required before
any work can begin unless prior arangements have been made. Terms may be available. Contact us for
more information. Print jobs sent to print and production are non-refundable.

Sales Tax
All Texas residents must pay sales tax (8.25%) on purchases. If a customer is tax exempt, the
exemption certificate must be sent or faxed to us at: (817) 334-7987.

Pricing and Products
The Big Picture reserves the right to adjust prices for any product or service at any time. We also
reserve the right to discontinue any products or services at any time. Prices are based on customer
supplied electronic artwork.

Turnaround
Standard turnaround for full color Vinyl Banners, Magnets, Posters, Static Clings and Banner Stands
are 2-3 business days, after artwork approval. Custom full color banners and other products that
require high quantity or special finishing may take few extra business days for completion. If you
have a time sensitive order that requires faster turnaround and shipping, please contact us prior to
placing your order. We will make every effort possible to meet your deadline, however rush charges
may apply to your order. Turnaround time starts when we receive your final approved digital artwork.
If you require a proof, turnaround begins when we receive the proof approval. Allow additional business
working days for shipping based on the shipping method you select. Standard shipping method is FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. Business days and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard time. Saturday, Sunday and holidays do not count as business days when calculating turnaround. Please note that your turnaround time will be reset if your files do not meet our artwork requirement and your order will remain On Hold until receipt of correct artwork. Turnaround starts when we verify your order and submitted artwork and it meets our requirements. Turnaround times may vary due to our
work load and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays and Damages
The Big Picture, assumes no responsibility for delays or damages caused by delivery carriers or
any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time.

Rights to Refuse a job
The Big Picture reserves the right to refuse to produce, print or design any order we deem
inappropriate, disrespectful or offensive.

Rights to Revise or change this Agreement.
The Big Picture, reserves the right to modify, change, add, remove, update, revise this Agreement
(terms , conditions and policies), at any time. All revisions and changes will be effective immediately.

Custom Order Quote Accuracy
Quotations/Proposals are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided by the customer.
The Big Picture can re-quote a job at the time of submission if the said specifications have changed
or does not conform to information on the original quote/proposal.

Customer Files
Archiving, Backup & Saving of Artwork & Files
It is the customer’s responsibility to save, archive or backup a copy of the original artwork or files.
The Big Picture is not responsible for loss or damage to media, artwork and files supplied by the
customer. The Big Picture assumes no reponsibility for any mistakes and errors on customers
supplied artwork or files. Additional charges may apply for fixing, editing, changes, corrections
or any other work that may be required on customer supplied artwork and files. Please save a copy
or backup your artwork and files in a safe place prior to submitting it to us.

File Changes
Files may be changed prior to print or production but once a job has been sent to print or
production the process is final and changes cannot be made.

Indemnification
The customer wil indemnify and hold harmless The Big Picture, from any and all loss, cost expense,
and damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may be
institued against The Big Picture, on the grounds alledging that said printing violates any copyright
or any proprietary right of any person. You certify that you own the rights to use the image(s)
being reproduced on your order.

Limits of Liability
The Big Picture warrants that the produced products such as full color Vinyl Banners, Static Clings,
Posters, Vinyls, etc. will conform to the instructions submitted by the customer. The Big Picture’s
maximum liability, under any circumstance, will be limited to the amount of the customer’s invoice.
